Course Objectives
PMP Exam Preparation Course will:
- Prepare delegates to sit for the PMP® Exam by reviewing PMP® key terms and concepts and the knowledge areas and all processes within The Project Management Body of Knowledge 6th Edition.

Course Format
Course is presented as PowerPoint presentations that are explained by the instructors while keeping students engaged via real-life examples and topic discussions. Flip boards and charts will be used to demonstrate key points of PMP exam preparation course. Students will also be given quizzes at the of each training section to solidify their knowledge of PMP, as well as additional practice questions to take home and prepare for the PMP® certification exam.
Course Outline
The PMP certification exam preparation course will be conducted over a period of 5 days, starting from 8:30 AM and ending at 2:30 PM* daily in Dubai, with allowances for short refreshment breaks, and lunch break. *For in-house courses timings can be customized by mutual agreement.
